HeliDubai Terms and Conditions
- Booking Confirmation : A confirmation voucher will be sent only once payment from the customer is received.
- All passengers must show up at the time specified on their confirmation voucher.
- Passengers must arrive 45 minutes before the flight.
- Passenger Identification: Passengers must present a government-issued or official identification card at check-in.

Less than 24 hours in advance – 100% of the reserved price will be charged

No-shows will be charged in full with no refunds.
- Poor Weather Conditions: Last-minute changes are required.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions or other external factors out of our reasonable control, the flight may be canceled at short notice without any charges being applied to the client. Flights can be rescheduled as agreed. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
- The maximum weight capacity
For the safety and comfort of all passengers on board, we have set a safety weight limit of 115 kilograms per passenger per seat. We kindly request passengers to provide accurate weight information at the time of booking. Failure to provide accurate information will lead to cancellation of flight with non-refundable ticket. In the event that a variance in weight is identified at the time of travel, or if the passenger’s weight is beyond the limit, exceeding our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, we offer the following options:
- Passengers whose weight approaches or surpasses this limit are not given a guarantee to fly due to passenger’s safety weight limit. By clicking “Continue” to proceed you agreed to the terms and conditions, accepting the risk of not able to fly due to weight restrictions and a non-refundable ticket. - Consider opting for a private flight rather than sharing with other passengers to get higher chance of taking the flight.
- If rescheduling the flight is not feasible, passengers whose weight exceeds or closely approaches the limit are kindly encouraged to purchase an additional seat to maintain the proper weight and balance of the aircraft.
- Our maximum weight limit is 140kg. Passengers who exceed the 140kg weight limit will not be permitted to fly.
As much as we want everyone to fly with our helicopter tours, helicopter flights also have weight capacity constraints and other regulations governing the aircraft’s balance. In certain situations, we may need to reschedule specific flights, even if all passengers are within the weight limit, due to the overall weight exceeding the safe limit for takeoff. Lastly, we regret to inform that we are unable to provide a helicopter tour if seat belt extender is required.

- Weight and Balance: Passengers’ weight will be checked before their flight due to helicopter weight and balance regulations and restrictions.
- If the overall weight exceeds the restrictions, the operator may move or merge the passenger with another flight to comply with the regulations and rules. Sometimes, the flight may be rescheduled or rebooked to another day if not accommodated, or a refund is provided.
- The seating arrangement or allocation is per the weight distribution to balance the aircraft.

- Children: Only children above two years of age are allowed to fly and required to purchase a seat but are not permitted to sit on an adult’s lap.
- Children from 2 years to 12 years old are not allowed to fly alone, unless accompanied with guardian
- Pregnancy: Should the client be seven months pregnant or more, a valid doctor’s certificate must be provided stating that the client is medically fit and able to fly.
- Special Needs: People of determination are accepted for flight with an accompanying trained person qualified to load /unload the person. HeliDubai is not responsible and cannot assist in the movements of a people of determination
- HeliDubai has the right to refuse carriage without the technical capability of the aircraft equipment or other reasons at the company’s sole discretion.

This policy applies to all aspects of our operations, ensuring full compliance with all applicable GCAA regulations including international and industry best practices. This policy complements our Quality and Compliance Policy to ensure integrated safety and quality management.

- Continuously improving safety performance across all activities, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation through our Safety Management System.
- Promoting a positive safety culture where safety is integral to every decision, fostering a just culture that encourages open and proactive reporting of hazards, errors, occurrences, and fatigue by all personnel without fear of reprisal for honest mistakes, including unintentional errors or incidents reported in good faith where disciplinary action will not apply, while maintaining accountability for reckless or intentional violations, including substance abuse, with clear disciplinary procedures to distinguish between human error, at-risk behaviour, and violations, and ensuring reports are handled fairly to support learning and improvement.
- Complying fully with all applicable GCAA and ICAO requirements, including proactive management of fatigue as a hazard in maintenance and operations.
- Providing necessary resources, training (including human factors and SMS-specific training), and tools to ensure competency and safe operations in flight, ground handling, continuing airworthiness, and maintenance, and managing resources effectively by anticipating and addressing any shortfalls.
- Guaranteeing this policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at every level of the organization.
- Alcohol & Drugs Per Safety regulations, guests who are or appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused service, and no refund will be issued. Adherence to the GCAA's stringent regulations is mandatory regarding alcohol consumption to ensure safety and compliance with UAE laws during flights
- Prohibited Items The following items are prohibited without prior notification and authorized legal exemption: weapons, ammunition, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, explosives, flammable substances, lithium batteries, and propane.
- Force Majeure HeliDubai Helicopter Tours assumes no liability for unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues. HeliDubai is not responsible for expenses incurred due to flight delays or cancellations
- Chargeback Claims Purchaser agrees that Passport copy and name on Passenger Manifest ( a GCAA Legal Document ) - proves that service and tour was rendered and refutes any Chargeback Claim.
- Dress Code: HeliDubai has the right to enforce dress safety code or to refuse any passenger to fly, at its sole discretion. Avoid loose garments, trailing scarves, or accessories that may become airborne due to rotor winds. Opt for flat, secure footwear, as high heels can compromise stability and safety during boarding and disembarking.
- Passenger and Baggage Safety and Security:
- Passengers will be subject to security control as per GCAA regulations. Baggage / large bags/purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.
- A carry-on bag for medical purposes may be allowed but limited to personal effects (i.e., essential items only).
- Availability: All flights are subject to Force Majeure, helicopter availability, Air Traffic Control authorization, and weather conditions.
- Peak Season Rates: Please note that during festive seasons, special events, and designated holiday periods, rates are subject to change without prior notice. These festive periods may include, but are not limited to, public holidays, peak seasons, and special occasions. The rates advertised or previously quoted may not be applicable during these periods, and revised rates may be in effect. We advise guests to check the updated rates and availability before making reservations during these times. We strive to provide the most accurate and updated information regarding pricing, but due to the dynamic nature of these periods, rate changes may occur.
- Flight Route and Duration: These are subject to change due to Air Traffic Control regulations or other unexpected factors beyond HeliDubai’s reasonable control.
- Right of Refusal: HeliDubai has the right to refuse any passenger to fly whose behavior is interfering or has interfered with the safety or comfort of any other passenger or any staff member. Passengers shall discontinue any such behavior immediately upon the request of the HeliDubai staff.
- Passengers must keep seatbelts securely fastened and remain in their assigned seats at all times during the flight
- Photography and Video Shooting: Due to security policies, IPad, selfie sticks, HD camcorders, or cameras with photo lenses greater than 400mm are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter unless properly written approvals issued by the Dubai authorities are presented to HeliDubai.
- HeliDubai reserves the right to use any photos or videos acquired by any means for personal promotion on social media and others.
- Casual tourist photography and video are allowed. Commercial photography is not permitted. The Pilot has the final authority to refuse photography during a flight for any reason.
- Photos are not included in the helicopter tour experience. However, they can be purchased at the photo counter.
- We adopt dynamic pricing and the price of our packages, products and services fluctuates based on demand and other factors. Special surcharge rates will apply on festive dates due to the high-demand holiday season.
