HeliDubai’s 22-Minute Vision Tour offers a comprehensive aerial journey across Dubai’s coastline, modern skyline and historic neighbourhoods. Departing from our centrally located helipad at Dubai Police Academy, the tour combines world-famous attractions with views of the city’s cultural heritage.

The approved flight route may include Burj Al Arab, The World Islands, Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Canal, Dubai Creek, Bur Dubai’s traditional wind towers and Old Dubai.

Guests can book an individual seat on a shared flight or reserve the entire helicopter for a private experience accommodating up to five passengers. This tour is ideal for visitors who want to experience more of Dubai than the shorter coastal routes.

Your experience begins at the HeliDubai helipad inside Dubai Police Academy, opposite Mall of the Emirates. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before departure with a valid passport or government-issued photo ID.

After check-in and passenger weighing, you will attend a mandatory safety briefing before the HeliDubai team escorts you to the helicopter.

Once airborne, enjoy approximately 22 minutes of panoramic sightseeing across Dubai’s coastline, modern skyline and historic neighbourhoods. Depending on the approved flight path, you may see:

  • Passenger weighing: All guests are weighed for safe seating and aircraft balance.
  • Weight requirements: The safety weight limit is 115 kg per passenger per seat. Additional restrictions apply for guests approaching or exceeding this limit.
  • Children: Children must meet HeliDubai’s minimum-age requirements, purchase their own seat and fly with an accompanying adult when required.
  • Safety briefing: Every passenger must attend the briefing and follow the crew’s instructions.
  • Clothing: Wear secure, flat footwear and avoid loose garments, hats and trailing scarves.
  • Personal belongings: Large bags and purses cannot be taken aboard and must be placed in the designated lockers.
  • Photography: Casual tourist photography is generally allowed. Selfie sticks, iPads, HD camcorders and lenses longer than 400 mm are restricted without prior approval.
  • HeliPhotos: Professional photographs are not included but may be purchased separately.
  • Operational changes: Routes and departure times may change because of weather, aircraft availability, Air Traffic Control or other operational conditions.
